CANdaisy 5-Link has five user friendly Weidmuller connector blocks arranged in a “daisy-chain” configuration.
Each 4-pin connector has pins 1-3 and pins 2-4 connected, respectively, but each connector on the board is electrically isolated (see the board silkscreen and documentation for exact details).
It is designed to connect up to five CAN devices or segments together on a single backplane, such as the RoboRIO, independent motor controllers, and other dual-twisted-pair CAN devices.
