Venom LSA breakout board adds external limit switch and analog input capability to the Venom motor (BDC-10001) platform. Forward and Reverse limits, as well as one analog input, are supported. +5V, +3.3V, and GND are also supplied from this connection (5mA on each voltage rail - not for powering external devices).

Using this breakout is easy. Uninstall the plastic endcap on Venom (2 screws), remove the plastic insert, then reinstall the endcap. This exposes the 6-pin external input connector. Finally, run a 6-pin jumper cable between Venom and the LSA breakout, and you're set!

Now you can add limit switches (we recommend Switch-to-Ground switches as the forward/reverse limit inputs are pulled HIGH). You can use either 0.1”(2.54mm) headers and servo cables or directly solder wires to the pads on the breakout. Includes LSA breakout and one 10cm 6-pin interconnect cable.
